Standards for Educational Advancement & Accreditation (SEAA) Trust, New Delhi  is proud to have brought  together  all the top rated accreditation agencies of the world, once again on the same platform for the 12th year in succession at New Delhi on the November 25 & 26, 2019. 

The unique conference has remained as the only of its kind  advancing the cause of independent peer reviewed International accreditation in India relentlessly   for over a decade, helping  India to acquire around 60 global  accreditation from the first six  players AACSB International, ACBSP, Association of MBAs (AMBA), European Federation for Management Development (EFMD) and International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) and South Asian Quality Systems (SAQS). 

We want to place on record  our high appreciation for the   special talk given by Dr Kamal Singh, Executive Director,  United Nations Global Compact Program in which he wanted the  Higher Education Community to focus on building leadership in education.  He also endorsed our suggestion that  Centre for Excellence in Higher Education Leadership should come up in at least five cities countrywide.

The Panel Discussion  on the conference theme "Millennial Job Challenge, how B-schools respond with Accreditation"  had an animated discussion on the future of business education with the consensus that  schools going in for accreditation  were in better position to learn and appreciate the nuances of the technology shift and its impact on business education. 

We are thankful to all our presenters  at the Panel anchored by Dr M J Xavier, Chairperson of MDC of  LIBA, Chennai and also former founder Director of IIM Ranchi.  The panel  had Amy Memon from AACSB (Tampa) , Douglas Gilbert from ACBSP (Kansas)  & Peregrine (Wyoming) Nishit Jain from EFMD, Brussels, Sandhya Krishnan from Cognizant, Ashutosh Muduli from PDPU, Gandhinagar and Dr Parasuraman, from SDMIMD, Mysore  and Debapratim Purkayastha of IBS Hyderabad.

The Accreditation & Quality Improvement commons Workshop  anchored by Dr  B V Krishnamurthy, eminent educationist and Advisor to Peregrine Academic Services had Dr Kiran Reddy, AIMS institutions, Dr Mohanlal Agarwal of NTPC Business School, Dr Ela Goyal & Dr Mahendra Gupta   of MEETCS Mumbai, Dr Byra Reddy from UPES  Dehradun, Dr Sudhir Yadav from PDPU Gandhinagar  listed as presenters stimulated  a vibrant  debate on the common aspects of  Accreditation. 

As a part of the workshop  the team MEETCS explained how technology platforms could identify and amplify the common  aspects of  quality improvement and quality assurance. 

The conference had  presentations from seven different accreditation systems that were represented by  Amy Memon of AACSB, Nishit Jain of EFMD, Victor Hedenberg of AMBA, Byra Reddy of IACBE, Douglas Gilbert of  ACBSP, Dr Sarbjit Singh Oberoi of SAQS &  and Dr Gunther Singher of ATHEA (Video presentation) .

The  Rhyllis Rae Oedekoven International Student Leadership Award  was bagged by the Vivekanand Education Society`s Institute of Management Studies and Research of Navi Mumbai by winning the 3rd Peregrine Global  Student Instant Case competition and the second position went to the AIMS Institutes of  Bengaluru.
