Around 100 academics from more than 70 business schools participated in the two city event held for the first time regionally in the country showing that the Indian schools are ready to go global with confidence. The speakers at the seminar and also the participants endorsed the need for bringing up the quality of the Indian B-schools by learning from the best practices in the areas of input, process and output of running a B-school.

The format of the two seminars helped the participants to get a overview of the global accreditation processes with a focus on the AMBA offering and a chance to learn from the two Indian case studies of accreditation by the agency done at MDI Gurgaon in 2005 and S P Jain more recently this year, besides a host of international cases offered by global experts.
