Fee Refund policy: SEAA Trust, New Delhi would return the full fee, minus 20 per cent towards administration and contingency charges in case the Registered Delegate wants to withdraw his/her Registration till the date of Early Bird discount i.e. January 20, 2012. After that and till one week before the conference i.e. 24th January, 2012, cancellation would entail retention of 50 per cent of the fee. No refund claim will be entertained after 24th January, 2012. In case of cancellation of the Conference for any legitimate reason, we would refund the entire amount, retaining Ten per cent of the fee as our administrative expense. In case of postponement of the Conference, we would entertain cancellations only on a case-to-case basis.
