The two-city workshop
has been conceived as a knowledge dissemination and introductory
workshop on the highly popular international accreditation
process of The International Assembly for Collegiate Business
Education (IACBE) one of the newest and highly coveted international
accreditation agencies to be recognized by Council for Higher
Education Accreditation (CHEA).
Through the workshop
we would introduce the concept of international accreditation
and its need for building capacity and quality of international
scale in India. IACBE process is well accepted and tested
in a number of international B-schools including in India.
India has over 2500
business schools of varying degrees of quality and ownership
even though the common denominator is quality as no MBA or
PGDM programme could succeed if it does not offer intrinsic
quality to the students. The student centric outcome based
assessment of any school would reveal the actual status of
the school, something most processes missout. IACBE
specializes in student learning outcomes and much of its processes
help to empower the student and in the process also helps
build a world class campus.
The
Workshop:
The workshop would
discuss the metrics being adopted to measure and shape the
student learning processes, faculty effectiveness, institutional
preparedness, intellectual capital building process and all
other essential aspects that go into making a good school
to a great one.
Speakers at the workshop
starting from the inaugural session would be discussing the
merits of adopting accreditation stanedards and global peer
review process with hands on explanations and discussions
based on actual case studies selected from around the world.
Experience
sharing is the key component of the Standards for
Educational Advancement & Accreditation (SEAA) Trust,
New Delhi's workshops, seminars, conferences and Roundtable
discussions. The entire workshop of day's duration would be
an intensive experience sharing and learning experience.

enhance the accreditation experience.
